North Country Saunas Delivery Policy

At North Country Saunas, we make sure your sauna arrives ready to use. Our team delivers directly to the location you’ve prepared, whether it’s a backyard, deck, or lakeside property. It’s the customer’s responsibility to have the site cleared, leveled, and accessible for placement prior to delivery.

For all orders, the remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. Once payment is complete, our crew will position your sauna in the prepared space and ensure it’s set securely.
